Flexible Pricing Tiers

Because every organization’s scale is different, HELM is licensed under two main pricing tiers:

  • Tier 1 — Small Organizations – License and support fees are calculated based on the number of users multiplied by the number of modules each user has access to. This makes pricing straightforward and affordable for smaller facilities and focused use cases.
  • Tier 2 — Large Organizations – For larger operations, licenses, support, and enhanced services are bundled into an annual contract that reflects the number of users, the range of modules, and the complexity of the installation. This model often includes allowances for regular engineering time, ongoing changes, and expanded support coverage.

At its core, the HELM pricing model is based on a set fee per user per module, with discounted site licenses available when organizations reach larger user counts.

Implementation Services

In addition to annual license and support fees, each project begins with an initial one-time investment that covers:

  • Design and Site Analysis
  • Configuration
  • Testing
  • Training
  • Go-live support

Other factors, such as complex integrations, hardware, or accessory products (like self-service web portals), may add to the project’s cost.
